H-Ween

Halloween, San Francisco's Christmas, Ramadan and Flag Day all rolled up into one, was last night and was a humdinger. We decided to take in the Castro parade, where luckily only ten people were shot, giving me hope that this may be the year that people stop using violence.
First we walked around our hood, and found a house where some dude puts candy down a tube for the kids to grovel for. Perverse!

Then we headed to the Castro, which I was suprised to find out is a hotbead of (SPOILER ALERT) altenative lifestyles and lifestyle alternatives:

Putting on a show that evening were the transvestite stewardeses, who clearly spent the last couple of years honing their perfectly choreographed routine:

Everything was going fine until the British arrived, acusing people of being pirates:

Adding more tension to the situation, the British themselves were then accosted by the faux-Mormons:

Luckily no-one was shot, at least not until later.
There were tons of costumes, my damn battery ran out but here:

I was partial to the dog dressed like a bunny:

The dog dressed like a pumpkin:

And the dog dressed like a pumpkin being molested by Wonder Woman:

Our costume consisted solely of our friend, Ms. Crazylegs:

We took her to the bar and got her crunk(ed?):

It was truly a night to remember.

Those last two pictures of Ms. Crazylegs are in the wrong order... unless that was her second beer.
